Andy G True! For those of us who work on our phones it’s essential we don’t miss an important message or email. I try to check my phone at certain times, 10:00am — noon and 5pm. If there is an emergency, most people won’t die within those time frames and I get that little bit of control, freedom, and focus! (doesn’t work for all industries though!)
