Replacement habits are everything when it comes to quitting porn and masturbation and reaping its benefits.

If you’ve been struggling to overcome this habit for a while, then this is the article for you.

Something I’ve learned helping countless men drop this habit is that positive healthy replacement habits are everything when it comes to succeeding in this goal.

When you take away something that’s given you so much pleasure, reward and relief. You’re left with a gaping void. Feeling like something is forever missing.

This emptiness can be difficult to deal with. The chances of going back to the old, warm, fuzzy and comfy embrace of the old habit or routine is VERY probable.

However, if you manage to replace the void and uncertainty with something positive and healthy that brings you intrinsic and extrinsic reward. The chances of succeeding in the goal of quitting are increased dramatically.

That’s why adding healthy replacement habits to your daily and weekly routine are essential. It keeps you feeling full and satisfied day after day. It positions you to better handle the absence of something that served you for so long.

Another side effect of this is that it cures boredom and loneliness. Two of the biggest triggers when it comes to consuming porn and masturbating.

Lastly, replacement habits give you direction and purpose in your life, allowing you an outlet to focus all that extra energy that accumulates by not expending yourself daily in the porn and masturbation habit.

A lot of men that quit porn and masturbation struggle with anxiety, and this is symptom of not having an outlet for all that extra energy.

So if you want to quit porn on its own or masturbation as well. You’ll want to quickly discover and implement a healthy replacement habit as soon as possible.

To help you along, here’s my personal list of 150 Things To Do Instead Of Porn & Masturbation.
